Spicy tingiri (mackerel) fish meat is mixed with prawn paste coupled with
coconut milk, yellow ginger and other spices. This traditional Nyonya
fishcake is served wrapped in a banana leaf to retain its fragrance.
Nyonya Ngo Hiang (Must Try!!!)
Deep-fried dried beancurd skin filled with seasoned minced pork, prawns,
water chestnut and carrot served with chilli and sweet sauce. This dish
is a must-try Nyonya delicacy!
Nyonya Chap Chye
This traditional Nyonya delicacy is prepared with an assortment of different
vegetables and herbs like cabbages, mushrooms, glass noodles
(tang hoon), black fungus, and a touch of bean paste.
Nyonya Mee
Yellow noodles fried with shrimps and sotong(cuttlefish). Served with
concoction of chilli, parsley, spring onions and cucumber cubes.
